Pvip4 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights, Fully in Bengali

By accessing pvip4.net or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested not to use any of pvip4's services.

Pvip4 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. Full compliance with the following Terms & Conditions is mandatory to use our services.

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing any winnings:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours Processing times apply. Minor delays may occur on public holidays.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

A pending withdrawal request can be cancelled before processing begins, but cannot be reversed once processing has started. For suspicious transactions, pvip4 may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal for additional verification.

Pvip4 bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (WR) applies — typically a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• After receiving a bonus Within 30 days If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the required conditions before a withdrawal is permitted.

Before placing a bet on pvip4, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• A bet, once Confirm once placed, generally cannot be cancelled.
• Match or Event Cancelled or Suspended the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed shall be considered final.
• Match Fixing or if evidence of irregularities in any event is found, pvip4 may void all related bets.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pvip4 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by pvip4 and is subject to change at any time.

In any dispute regarding pvip4's betting rules, the decision of pvip4 management shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pvip4:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system (Bonus Abuse)।
• Intentionally exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability on the platform.
• Harassing other users or pvip4 staff.
• Using pvip4 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

Pvip4 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
